The Speaker Series presents Matt Lauth. Matt will be speaking on the Voice of the Customer: Improving Profit Through Customer Involvement. This is 1 hour of your time that will give you the information needed to implement a voice of the customers prices with your organization.

Join The Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce on a 9-day excursion to Austria and Germany and experience the splendid panoramic views of the Austrian, Italian and Swiss Alps. Tour Innsbruck and visit the Neuschwanstein Castle hidden in the seclusion of the Bavarian Mountains. Onto Munich for the Oktoberfest extravaganza. Munich is the beer capital of the world and they’ve been brewing “liquid bread” for 3000 years and they do it better than anyone else.
