AUGLAIZE COUNTY’S only ADULT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

St. Marys, Wapakoneta, and Southwest Auglaize
Purpose: To educate Auglaize County’s up-and-coming adult leaders about their county of residence, instill a sense of countywide community, and promote the importance of leadership in all aspects of life.
Participation: Auglaize County residents from all walks of life and business, emphasizing a diverse representation of the county communities with a limit of 12 persons per class.
Applicants must agree to attend each of the 10 classes, participate in all extra-curricular assignments and commit to being a fully contributing member of the VALU class. While absences are discouraged, the opportunity to make up a class will be part of the program.
The class will meet on the third Thursday of each month from September through June; all classes will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
Tuition: Participants agree to pay $400 as a member of the VALU class. Tuition includes all printed materials, Leadership Development Programming with DISCflex Assessment, all meals/snacks associated with the program, transportation for some of the assignments and any and all miscellaneous costs associated with VALU.
The 2016-2017 VALU Class has been filled. Additional information will be available when applications are accepted in 2017.
