Accessibility

We want Chamber information, services, forms, events, and Member resources to be usable by everyone.

Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as continuing work: new content, forms, documents, and third-party services are reviewed as the website changes.

What the website supports

  • Keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, and controls that do not require a mouse.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive page titles, labeled forms, grouped choices, and errors connected to their fields.
  • Responsive layouts, text enlargement and 200% zoom, reduced-motion preferences, and mobile/touch use.
  • Alternative-text management for meaningful images and text-based details alongside visual charts.
  • Accessible feedback paths for reporting a barrier or requesting information in another format.

Third-party services and documents

Some experiences may be provided by another organization, such as the Yodel community calendar or Stripe-hosted payment pages. We review these integrations and provide a Chamber contact path when an embedded service is unavailable or difficult to use. When an important document is offered as a PDF or image, we aim to provide an accessible HTML alternative or assistance on request.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you cannot use part of this website, tell us what page or feature caused trouble and what format or assistance would help. We will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and provide a reasonable alternative when possible.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, bank information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in a website feedback report.
